Patients can call 705-457-1212 to book appointments with their primary care provider, including physicians and nurse practitioners, chronic disease management and healthy living nurses, or for our nursing clinic. Appointments with our chiropodist, social work team, sessional specialists, memory clinic, and cognitive assessments can be booked by calling 705-455-9220. Self referrals are available and welcome for most of our programs and services, but some may require a physician referral. Please speak with your doctor or nurse practitioner if you have any questions relating to the programs above.
