Dr. Bottum has been practicing with the Haliburton Family Medical Centre since 1987. His career, in addition to family practice, has included Emergency and Hospital Care, Obstetrics and Long Term Care. Currently he limits his practice to Family Medicine, In Patient Care, Long Term Care, Sports Medicine, Medical Director for the HHFHT, and he is the only local coroner.
He has been able to enjoy life in the Highlands with his wife Janet and their 3 children who are all now adults with families of their own. There are not too many activities that Norm and his family have not enjoyed and continue to enjoy in the area.
