New Telephone System
The Haliburton Family Medical Centre, Minden Medical Centre, and Haliburton Highlands Family Health Team launched a new telephone system September 2023 using VOIP (voice over internet protocol) technology. Our menu options have changed. See below for a quick review of the system and how to best direct your call;

Press 3 for the offices of our Allied Health Professional team including Social Work, Chiropody, Memory Clinic, Chronic Disease Management and Healthy Lifestyle RN, Sabrina Cestola, and Pediatric Assessment Clinic.
Follow the prompts to book, cancel, or change appointments, to request information regarding referrals, or to speak to members of our clinical team. Every effort is made to return your calls in a timely manner, so we ask that you leave one message only with all of your contact details and the reason for your call.
